C&S Tile is a Division of C&S Group Operations Ltd.  The primary role is to provide exemplary customer service with the utmost attention to detail while contributing to the efficient operations of a demanding and fast paced tile order processing department. The motivation and ability to be highly organized, multi-task, logically prioritize tasks and work cooperatively within a team setting will be integral to success.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Establish a positive, productive, and ongoing relationship with customers/clients.
  • Work in tandem with outside sales reps to increase sales and expand markets.
  • Process sales orders, returns, waybills and shipping logistics
  • General office organization/administration
Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a dynamic customer service position
  • Ability to fluently communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent numeracy literacy
  • Superior data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work independently.
